Right in the heart of central sitting at the top of California Tower is Cé La Vi, a sophisticated venue with an al fresco cocktail bar offering unmissable views of Central and beyond.

Boasting a large drinks menu, a signature cocktails will cost you around 100 HKD.

Now I know what you’re thinking – Lily & Bloom isn’t a rooftop bar so why’s it on the list? We fell in love with this cosy cocktail bar and couldn’t resist sharing with you their incredible happy hour.
With the first drink costing 50HKD, the second 25HKD and third only 5HKD (yes 5!) it’s great value for money and the perfect place to start your evening.
The happy hour is available across cocktails beer and wine from Monday – Saturday 18:00pm-21:00pm.
